Refund and Returns Policy

At Locka, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a simple and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please email contact@lockafragrance.com.

We accept returns of perfume oils within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We understand that customers may test the product lightly; however, we cannot accept returns of perfume oils that have been significantly used or fall outside our 14-day return policy. Such items will be sent back to you.

For products purchased as part of a bundle, all items in the set must be returned for a refund. Otherwise, only an exchange can be offered. Please reach out to our Customer Services team at contact@lockafragrance.com. for more information.

Free promotional items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If your original order included a free item and you return part of the order, reducing it below the eligibility threshold, you must return the free item as well. If not returned, the full retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund. The free item must be unused.

Please note, that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns of Reed Diffusers must include the closure cap and cannot be accepted if used. Candles and wax melts, once used, are also not eligible for returns.

Due to hygiene reasons, shower gels are non-returnable.

Important: Please do not send returns to the address listed on the website as this is an office address and returns sent there will be returned to the sender. Always use a tracked service when returning items to ensure safe delivery. If you email us and do not see a response, please check your spam folder.

Exchange/Refund Status

If you are waiting for an exchange or refund, please check your return tracking to confirm we have received your parcel and provide us with a copy of your return receipt. Returns are typically processed within one week of receipt. We are not responsible for lost returns during transit, so ensure you use a reliable courier.

Sale Items

For returns on sale items, such as promotions like “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or “Buy One, Get One 50% Off,” all items must be returned to receive a full refund. If you return only part of the promotion, your refund will be prorated based on the original discounted price.
