While perfume oils have a higher concentration to enhance longevity, we recommend caution when applying them directly to your clothing, as they can potentially leave stains. As with any perfume, it’s best to apply them directly to your skin, and any application on clothing is done at your own risk.

**4. How should I store my perfume oils?**
To maintain the quality and longevity of your perfume oils, it’s important to store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to heat or cold can affect the fragrance and alter its scent over time.

**5. How do I apply perfume oils?**
Simply **glide the rollerball** onto your pulse points, such as your wrists, neck, and behind your ears. A little goes a long way, and because of the concentration, you’ll enjoy a long-lasting scent with minimal application.

**6. What’s the difference between perfume oils and traditional spray perfumes?**
Perfume oils are more concentrated, which means they last longer on the skin and often have a richer scent. Unlike sprays, which can evaporate quickly due to alcohol content, oils cling to your skin, providing a continuous fragrance throughout the day.

No, our perfume oils are **alcohol-free**, which makes them gentler on your skin and longer-lasting. This also means they are less likely to dry out your skin compared to alcohol-based perfumes.

Our perfume oils are crafted with skin-friendliness in mind and are free from harsh chemicals. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before using any new fragrance.

Yes! Our perfume oils come in compact, leak-proof roller bottles, making them perfect for travel. You can easily slip them into your bag or pocket for on-the-go fragrance touch-ups.

We accept products returned within 14 days for a refund.

We accept returns of perfume oils within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We understand that customers may test the product lightly; however, we cannot accept returns of perfume oils that have been significantly used or fall outside our 14-day return policy. Such items will be sent back to you. Additionally, returns on 5ml sample bottles are not accepted.

For products purchased as part of a bundle, all items in the set must be returned for a refund. Otherwise, only an exchange can be offered. Please reach out to our Customer Services team at contact@lockafragrance.com. for more information.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We try to dispatch an order before 10 am on the same day and any order after 10 am will be dispatched on the next working day.

Any order coming on Friday after 10 am will be dispatched on Monday (Note: if any Bank Holiday falls on Monday then the order will be dispatched on the day after the Bank Holiday).

We ship orders via Royal Mail for UK deliveries and DPD for the rest of the world. For UK customers, shipping is £1.99 on orders under £20, and free shipping on orders over £20.
